This Agreement defines the terms and conditions for the use of the website https://lifedentalclinic.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Website is not a mass media outlet.

Definitions of Terms and Concepts

• Website — the website located at https://lifedentalclinic.com.
• Website Administration — the authorised representative of the Website owner, Life Dental Clinic (LDC), responsible for managing and ensuring the operation of the Website.
• User — any natural person who visits the Website and uses its functionality in order to familiarise themselves with the information published on it.
• Personal Data — any information provided by the User when using the Website that may be used to identify them in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
• Agreement — these Terms of Use of the Website, including all amendments and additions.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement constitutes a public offer and governs the legal relationship between the Website Administration and the User with regard to the use of the Website, its services and materials.

1.2. Use of the Website is permitted solely on the condition of the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. Use of any part of the Website signifies the User’s consent to the terms of this Agreement.

1.4. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement (in whole or in part), they must cease using the Website.

1.5. The Website is intended for use by persons aged 18 and over. The Website Administration bears no responsibility for the actions of minors. Parents and legal guardians are advised to monitor their children’s use of the Internet.

1.6. All content of the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, design and software, is protected by copyright in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and international regulations. Any use of the Website materials without the prior written consent of the Administration is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by law.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. General Provisions

The User and the Website Administration undertake to comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of this Agreement.

2.2. Rights and Obligations of the User

The User has the right to:

2.2.1. view and use the information published on the Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes;

2.2.2. contact the Website Administration via feedback forms;

2.2.3. receive information about dental services provided by Life Dental Clinic (LDC).

The User is prohibited from:

2.2.4. using the Website for commercial activities without the prior written consent of the Administration;

2.2.5. copying, distributing or using information from the Website on other resources without indicating the Website as the source;

2.2.6. collecting or processing personal data of other Users;

2.2.7. uploading malicious software, viruses, or performing actions that may disrupt the operation of the Website;

2.2.8. attempting to bypass technical or software security measures of the Website;

2.2.9. using the Website to send spam, advertising, or any other unsolicited messages;

2.2.10. using the Website for any other purposes not provided for by this Agreement or applicable law.

2.3. Rights and Obligations of the Website Administration

The Website Administration has the right to:

2.3.1. analyse statistics on visits to and use of the Website;

2.3.2. restrict or terminate the User’s access to the Website in the event of a breach of this Agreement;

2.3.3. modify the structure, content and functionality of the Website;

2.3.4. make amendments or additions to this Agreement without prior notice to Users.

The Website Administration undertakes to:

2.3.5. maintain the operability of the Website, except in cases of technical failures or scheduled maintenance;

2.3.6. ensure that the Website content complies with the legislation of Ukraine and the principles of non-discrimination.

3. Final Provisions

3.1. This Agreement is an open and publicly accessible document and is binding on all Users of the Website.

3.2. The Website Administration has the right to amend or supplement this Agreement unilaterally.

3.3. Amendments to the Agreement shall enter into force from the moment they are published on the Website.

3.4. The User is responsible for independently reviewing the current version of the Agreement. Continued use of the Website after amendments are made constitutes the User’s acceptance of such amendments.

3.5. The invalidity of any individual provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the Agreement as a whole.

3.6. This Agreement shall enter into force upon commencement of use of the Website and shall remain in effect until all obligations of the Parties have been fully performed.

3.7. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be subject to consideration by a court in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
